This is rrreally goofy to me - to QUIT taking the very vitamins bodies need for life! Now I wonder how many humans know how badly the soils are depleted of ESSENTIAL nutrients (such as MINERALS & VITAMINS) so that it is now NECESSARY (as in NOT optional) to supplement our diets???
